Responsibilities
Install, configure, trouble-shoot, maintain ICT equipment, networks, software and provide technical support to users. Also includes:
- Managing vendor interfaces;
- Reviewing and recommending systems improvements;
- Management reporting;
- Project management;
- Employee development an coaching.
Skills/Experience
• Minimum requirement of a 2nd Class Honours Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5-years experience working in an ICT environment, providing Technical Support for Microsoft Windows technologies, computers and networks.
